LEGOS at the Botanical Garden

Nature Connects: Art with LEGO® Bricks

The San Antonio Botanical Garden is thrilled to bring Nature Connects: Art with LEGO® Bricks to the Garden September 1 through December 31, 2018 with a whole new set of LEGO sculptures that will amaze and inspire. Nature Connects is an award-winning sculpture exhibition by Brooklyn-based artist Sean Kenney. Created with nearly half a million LEGO® bricks, the thirteen nature-inspired displays at the San Antonio Botanical Garden include a larger-than-life Monarch butterfly and a 6-foot hummingbird on a trumpet flower!

Just as LEGO bricks interconnect, everything in nature is interconnected in a delicate balance. Visitors of all ages will stimulate their imaginations and delight in the union of art, nature, play and design with this exhibit. The LEGO sculptures connect families with nature, creativity, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) in a whole new way.

The San Antonio Botanical Garden is open daily from 9am - 5pm. Nature Connects is included with general admission ($12-$9).

San Antonio Public Library cardholders will receive $1 off general admission. Simply show your library card when purchasing admission.
