SHORT FILMS

If you live in San Antonio or in the San Antonio area, and are 13 - 18 years of age with a knack for film making, creative cinematography or enjoy telling stories through film, then we invite you to become a part of the 5th annual Teen Arts Festival as a film maker.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

• All categories will be accepted.
• The film’s director must be in 18 years or younger.
• All copyrighted material such as music, images, videos, etc. used in the films must be properly licensed.
• Films must be under 15 minutes long. If longer, we will review other submissions and determine if the schedule will allow a film longer than 3 minutes.
• All entries must be original work of the entrant and must not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, or any other rights of any person.
• Submissions should be in highest quality digital file possible and can be sent to through any file hosting service.

• October 21, 2019 Notification Date

• November 16, 2019 Event Date
