    A general catalog search for any item in the library's collection with the word "business" as a subject description. You can refine the resulting search by adding a keyword, such as "management", "small", "financing", etc.

Business Databases

 SAPL offers free access to online subscription content which may be very useful for your business planning.  You won’t be able to find this type of content via a search engine on the Internet or you will be asked to pay for it.

It includes full-text articles from magazines, trade publications, academic journals, industry reports, market research, SWOT analyses, business and residential directories, and more.

    Full text for nearly 11,200 publications, including more than 1,200 peer-reviewed business journals covering marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance and economics.

  • Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)
    An office within the City of San Antonio's Economic Development Department, PTAC is part of a congressionally authorized initiative to assist organizations that are seeking to market their goods and/or services to federal, state, and local governments.

    PTAC provides a variety of tools and services that assist local businesses in identifying government procurement opportunities and to compete more effectively for local, state, and federal contracts.
