In order to give ourselves a good limpia, una buena trapiada, we must create time and space. In this workshop we will conduct a self-limpia by writing to dislodge one or several of the 13 aires that ail us. Presenter Carolina Hinojosa-Cisneros comes to this work with you as a spiritual activist. We will catalyze each of the four elements: earth, air, fire, and water. Bring your markers, pens, paints, magazines for collage, computer, or just a pen and journal. |
