VITA

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program 

For Income $60,000 or less, get your taxes done for free. 

Sites open January 16 - April 15, 2024**

Please note: IRS requires the following documents:

  • Valid Photo I.D.
  • Social Security Card or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN)
  • All W-2 Forms
  • Letter 6419 (recommended)
  • Copy of prior year tax return (if applicable)
  • 1099 Forms (if applicable)

  • Call to schedule your appointment ahead of time.
  • Bring these items with you:
    • A current government-issued photo ID.
    • A taxpayer identification number, such as a Social Security number.
    • Any tax documents you’ll need.
  • Please don’t bring:
    • Food or drinks
    • Cameras
    • Weapons
  • To apply for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or renew an ITIN, have your documents ready.
  • Protect yourself and others: Look up your community on the CDC COVID Data Tracker.
  • If you feel ill, please reschedule your appointment.
  • Please silence your cell phone during your appointment.
