Jedi Training: Learn the mysteries of being a Jedi warrior with H.A.V.O.C. (Heroes and Villains of Cosplay)!


 

Origami: Create things with a simple sheet of paper using the Japanese art of paper folding.

 

 

 


Tween Cosplay Contest: Once again we will hold a cosplay contest for kids ages 9-12. The contest will be held in the auditorium on the first floor time to be announced. First, Second and Third Place winners will receive a medal. See the Cosplay Contest page for more details.

 

Parks and Recreation

San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department provides exceptional parks, facilities, programs and services to improve the quality of life for all. They have fun, safe, attractive, and affordable recreational opportunities and community spaces representing the diversity and desires of our neighborhoods. Parks and Recreation connects people, nature, recreation, and resources, inspiring and nourishing the well-being of all. In addition, Parks and Recreation activities provide social interactions and cultural experiences.  Cultural activities offer opportunities for learning more about history and heritage as well as provide an outlet for self-expression. Parks and Recreation opportunities encourage exploration of different parts of the city.

Classical Music Institute

The Orchestra of San Antonio  provides classical music education and orchestral performances in the San Antonio area. CMI was created to enrich, inspire, create intellectual curiosity, foster personal growth, and cultivate better citizens of our community. They will have a craft and an instrument petting zoo!
