J. D. Robb is a pseudonym for Nora Roberts. The first futuristic suspense book, Naked in Death, was published in paperback in 1995.
While fans had their suspicions, it wasn’t until the twelfth book in the series, Betrayal in Death (2001), that the publisher fully revealed that J. D. Robb was a pseudonym for bestselling powerhouse Nora Roberts.
Robb has released a new novel approximately every 6 months. Bonded in Death was the 60th entry in the series.
Robb has also written Eve Dallas companion books (Short stories or novellas published in anthologies) that take place in-between novels.
