The San Antonio Public Library’s early literacy program is designed to support the development of young children’s love of books, reading and learning. SAPL staff provide foundational literacy information and materials to parents, extended family, and caregivers of children ages birth-five years. The mission is to empower the San Antonio community with the tools to support early literacy skills.

Free! No registration required. We play in all weather except thunderstorms or flooding.
Staff will pilot a new schedule for Fall 2022. For more information about play events visit the calendar or call 210-207-2597.
